Basics
Four rounds: mini barbara
10 pull ups, performance: 8, fitness 6
15 push ups, performance: 12, fitness 9
20 sit ups, performance 16, fitness 12
25 air squats, performance:20, fitness 15
Rest up to 2 min between rounds
